Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the device you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure that 'Find My iPhone' or Google FRP locks are completely disabled before shipping.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Pack the smartphone securely in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to send the item back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
